COLUMBIA, Pa. — The Columbia Borough Planning Commission is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15, in the Paul W. Myers Council Chambers, where members will consider two planning applications, discuss local housing initiatives, and hear presentations related to economic and community development.
According to the published agenda, the meeting will include routine business such as approval of minutes from the commission’s July 21 meeting before moving into several development and housing-related discussions that could have significance for Columbia’s future growth.
Two Planning Applications on Agenda
Under action items, commissioners are expected to review planning commission applications submitted by Todd Alshouse and Colette Shaw. The agenda does not provide details regarding the nature of the applications, but they will be presented for consideration during the meeting.
